Testimonials

  • "Spanner Construction came in when we needed assistance after our basement had flooded and provided us with a very reasonable and fair quote. His work was very skillful, efficient and restored everything to better than it was before. We really appreciated everything he did for us."

  • "We were very lucky to have met Graham. Although he was busy, he saw the safety issue with our steps sinking at the front door and made time to do the job for us. What a great job he did, no more worry about anyone getting hurt on them. And they look great! On time and budget too so what more could you ask for? We plan to always use his sevices when we need work done. You won't be disappointed with the quality, knowledge and professionalism he brings to his craft."

Doug and Karen (front step repair)

  • "Graham managed a full condo renovation for us — kitchen, two bathrooms, new flooring, and painting throughout. He brought deep experience, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail; trades were scheduled efficiently, timelines were met, and costs were managed responsibly. Our renovation coincided with a loss in our family, and his compassion and flexibility made a difficult time so much easier. The finished space is beautiful and functional, executed to the highest standard. We recommend Graham without hesitation."
